Mini Harness

Ordering what you need for your dog(s) to pull a Mini sulky has several steps. For a base setup for one
dog, you will need a Mini Harness, one driving collar and one set of reins. When ordering for more than
one dog,there are additional items needed such as rein splitters and tracelettes. There are instructions on
each page for what you will need.

1) Review the colors shown below and select your webbing color for each dog's harness.

2) Review the colors shown below and select your pad color for each dog's harness. Some colors are faux
fur and some are fleece. If you want, I can send you a photo of the webbing and materials you've chosen
before I make it up.

3) Go to the Measurement form and print one copy of the form for each dog. Measurement Form.

4) Complete the forms for each dog, Collar size, A,B,C,D E,F,G. Be sure to look at the box at the
bottom of the form to see if your measurments are in line with what's typical. A little off is OK, but a
lot means you might have measured incorrectly. All straps on the harnesses are adjustable, so don't fret
over this too much and ask me if you have questions.

5) Go to the "Other dog driving Tack and Accessories" page and choose the color and style for the
driving collar(s) and reins and any other items you might need for multiple dogs. There are instructions on
each item.

The Mini Dorsal Hitch harness is constructed of top quality seat belt webbing, fabric and hardware. All
straps are adjustable (except for the top assembly) and most swivel on a ring allowing the strapping to
swing wider, or narrower to fit the dogs body. In addition to the top pad, there are also pads at the
chest and tummy. Webbing,pads and the bellyband harness can be purchased separately for replacments
or for a change of appearance.

Generally, other pading is not necessary due to the width of the harness webbing and the adjustability of
the fit. Each harness and bellyband will have an embroidered name tag with your dog's name.

Inside the top pad is a plastic shim that holds the bolts that the top ring (the HASP) bolts to for a solid
connection to the Mini's tip. The harness pad opens so webbing can be taken off so the webbing and pads
can be tossed in the washing machine.
